What a great week we have had! Your children are doing such a great job as we work through the alphabet each week. They get so excited when we talk about words that begin with certain letters. In fact, they ask all day long, “What does ____ start with?” I love their curiosity! We have also been writing the number 3, and working on some of our fine motor skills like cutting.
In Science this week we read, “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” and talked about the life-cycle of a caterpillar. We also read “Corduroy” and made our very own bears. Your children have been working very hard as they practice for the grandparent’s day program – they are very excited! If you have not given your rsvp yet, please let me know via email how many sets of grandparents will be attending. The program is Thursday, September 27th at 10:30am! Have a great weekend!
